0k Baji's Terms & Conditions — Full Bengali Version

0k Baji (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 0k Baji governing your use of the platform.

By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To register on the 0k Baji platform and access our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years is required. This is a strict condition with no exceptions.
• A valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You may register as long as there is no legal restriction on your participation in online gaming under applicable law.
• Each individual may open only one account.

Information required at registration includes: full name, mobile number, password, and preferred payment method. Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawals.

Keeping your 0k Baji account secure is your responsibility. You must follow the rules below when managing your account:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• No one may use another member's account.
• Transferring or selling your account is prohibited.

If unauthorized activity is detected on an account, 0k Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account. The associated balance may be temporarily frozen during the investigation.

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 0k Baji platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Credit/debit cards and bank transfers are also accepted under specific conditions.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Funds deposited into your account must not originate from any third party.
• Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly. If yours hasn't arrived, please contact support.
• If you experience an issue with one payment method, please try another.

Withdrawing your winnings or deposited funds from 0k Baji is quick and straightforward, though certain conditions must be met:

• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can be made after placing at least one bet following a deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳50,000. For larger amounts, please contact support.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

0k Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed:

Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of your deposit and bonus must be wagered at least 5 times. For example: a ৳500 deposit gives you a ৳500 bonus, totalling ৳1,000. You'll need to place ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Free Spins: Wagering requirements for winnings from free spins are stated separately. Typically, a 3x wager is required.

• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Sharing or transferring bonuses to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Once a promotional offer has expired, it can no longer be redeemed.
• 0k Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.

Each game category on 0k Baji has its own detailed rules, available within the game itself. General gaming rules are outlined below:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Bets cannot be changed once a game has started.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 0k Baji will resume it from the last confirmed state.
• For Sports Betting, payouts are processed after the official result has been announced.
• 0k Baji is not liable for any game losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• In the event of any dispute over a game outcome, 0k Baji's decision shall be final.

The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games. In the event of a technical error or streaming issue, the affected round may be voided and bets refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0k Baji platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: If suspicious transaction patterns are detected, the account will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.
• Bots & Automation: The use of automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Platform Manipulation: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment: Offensive behavior toward other members or staff is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or providing false information to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Use of Third-Party Funds: Using a payment method not registered in your own name is prohibited.

0k Baji believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We care about the wellbeing and mental health of our members, which is why we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Reality Check: You will receive reminders about your gaming session at regular intervals.

• Notifications of any changes will be sent via email or through the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Members have the right to close their account if they do not agree to the updated terms.
• The last updated date will always be displayed at the top of the page.
